Refund and exchange policy
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we're here to help!
We make every effort to make sure each order is fulfilled correctly and in a timely manner. Unfortunately, mistakes do happen occasionally. If you believe Craftastic Cabin has shipped something in error, send us an email at email@example.com and we will promptly look into your order. You will receive a response within one business day.
Once determining if your purchase is eligible for return, we offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
Please read below to determine if your purchase is eligible for return or exchange.
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Non-discounted items must be unopened and returned in original packaging. All original seals must be completely intact.
- Non-discounted items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
- Custom made items and custom orders may not be returned or exchanged. If there is an issue with your custom made item, please contact customer service so we may assist you.
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
- If return is not due to a Craftastic Cabin error, customer will be responsible for all return freight.
- If error is from Craftastic Cabin, shipping coverage will need to be pre-authorized and sent by carrier chosen by Craftastic Cabin. Customer will be responsible for freight if failure to receive authorization or follow shipping instructions.
- Fill out the return information form (included in your shipment)
- Enclose the Return Form and jnclude a copy of your packing slip. BOTH OF THESE MUST BE INCLUDED in the package in order for your return to be processed.
- Write your mailing address on the pre-addressed return label and affix it to the outside of your package. If possible, you may reuse the original shipping material. If using another shipping material, please make sure contents are protected. RETURNS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED FOR DAMAGED CONTENTS DUE TO IMPROPER PACKAGING.
- Ship the carton via an appropriate carrier. We recommend the use of a carrier that can provide insurance and tracking information for all returns. No collect return shipments will be accepted. Orders that are refused upon delivery will be subject to shipping fees plus a 15% restocking fee.
You will receive an e-mail confirmation after we receive your return. For exchanges, please allow 7-10 business days to receive your replacement items. For refunds, please allow up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card billing statement.
*Note: Any order that is "return to sender" or rejected will be refunded for products minus shipping cost and 15% restocking fee.
