When can I expect to receive my order?
We work very hard to expedite orders as quickly as possible. Product Orders are usually processed within 24-48 hours then shipped out using the carrier you chose at checkout. Please see our shipping policy for more information.
Will I receive a shipping confirmation and tracking?
Yes you will be able to follow your purchase from beginning to end.
How can I reach customer service?
Please visit our Contact Us page. The best way to contact us is email. In order to keep our prices low, we do not have a fully staffed customer service center. We take great pride making sure all your needs and questions are answered. We will respond to your voicemail or email within 24 hours or sooner.
What is your refund and exchange policy?

Will the watermark image be on the actual merchandise?
No. The watermark image is a digital marking. It's strictly for website purposes only.
If you forget your password when signing into your account, you can still access your information. Click the "Forgot your password?" link, enter your email address and click 'Submit'. We will email you a new temporary password.
Can I purchase out of stock items?
We do not have a backorder system in place at this time. We can notify you when a product is back in stock. On the product page, click "email me" on the bottom right side, input your email and when we restock the product, you will be notified. Products are usually restocked in approximately 2 - 3 weeks.
